- Introductions
- Jordan Schiele, Jerusalem Farm
- Jerusalem Farm does small home repair in Northeast (zip codes64123-64127)
- Did study in Indian Mound last year about code violations
- 72% of codes violations in Indian Mound could be resolved with little resources, just education and assistance.
- Litter, unapproved storage, fascia/soffit
- Donor wants to give money to Jerusalem Farm to help address these issues
- Contact homeowners, activate volunteers
- Looking for feedback from IMNA residents about where to focus
- Want it to be a community effort
- Neighborhood Accountability Board
- This helps residents know the expectations of the city
- NAB looks at it from neighborhood support rather than punitive punishment

- Library levy is on the ballot, and North-East Library is prime candidate for renovations.
