- Signs and symptoms – COVID-19 Signs/Symptoms
- 2-14 days to show signs after
- Tricky because symptoms are varied:
- Common:
- Sometimes: Nausea, vomit, diarrhea
- Mild to severe
- Older adults (65+ according to CDC)
- Anyone with underlying medical
- Decreased immune system, or lung issues
- When to go to the ER/doctor?

- Trouble breathing, shortness of breath, “elephant on chest”
- New symptoms than before.
- Stop the Spread
- Biggest thing: Wash your hands often.
- After touching surfaces
- Avoid close contact (social distancing) – 6 ft. apart
- Wear a cloth face cover
- Research N95 and surgical masks to medical professionals
- Cover coughs and sneezes with tissue
- Cough into elbow/”cough pocket”
- Clean and disinfect
- Check CDC on what is best

IMNA has purchased masks from local craftspeople. We will distribute those free of charge to Indian Mound residents. Please contact imna@indianmoundneighborhood.org if you live in Indian Mound and need masks for yourself or your family. (We have both adult and children’s sizes!)
